Hey! I’m Jody Agard and I’m thrilled to welcome you to the Manifest U Podcast!! The intention of the Manifest U Podcast is to give you the courage to manifest your deepest desires, the faith to embrace your future, and the confidence to start living an extraordinary life!!

In the thick of adulting and mothering, it’s easy to lose ourselves. It’s easy to set aside our own hopes and dreams and forget about what we truly want.


Though our heart bursts at the seams with love for our family, and the many roles we play, sometimes we crave something more. Something exciting, purposeful, and something that’s just for us. Which sometimes leaves us thinking, “Is there something wrong with me?


Why do I feel this way?”


If this is you. You’re in the right place. I’ve had the pleasure of working with women for a long time and have coached countless moms, and I can tell you, you are not alone!


Each week on Tuesdays you’ll receive a new podcast episode somewhere between 20 and 60 minutes that’s intended to help you to let go, connect to your soul, reignite your light, and bring you closer to creating a life you truly love --- even in the midst of chaos and the messiness of life. My special sauce is that I’m practical. I’m known to make mindfulness and manifesting doable and easy to integrate.


My hope is that this will become your home. Where you can sit back and choose the episodes that speak to you when you’re experiencing the wide array of feelings that run through your life experience at any given moment.


I’ve deeply studied and have been actively practicing the technology of mindfulness and manifesting for over a decade as I’ve navigated some of my darkest, and lightest chapters of my life.

And I’m just like you. I’m a woman deeply dedicated and committed to my personal expansion and evolution in becoming more in tune with my true nature, becoming more mindful, and living with more intention and presence. I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, sister, and friend.


I’m an Inspirational Author, and I’ve had the privilege in supporting moms as a Spiritual Coach. I’m a nature lover, a recovering, over controlling, Type A perfectionist and I know what it feels like to feel deeply disconnected from myself. I’ve felt the pain of feeling paralyzed and stuck. I’ve let fear hold me back from doing the things I deeply desire. I doubt myself. I struggle to juggle so many things all at once. And I’ve felt the weight of expecting way too much out of myself.

And while many of these things still exist within me today, I’ve been on a quest to heal and understand myself more fully and many of these things have softened. So I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the things that once used to grip me.


My journey through mindfully creating and manifesting my life, put me on a path that brought me out of the void, and into a full, peaceful, and happy -- but oh so imperfect life.


Mindfulness and manifesting have been powerful practices that have changed my life and they’re gifts I would really love to share with you through this podcast.


Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness and manifesting or you’ve been actively practicing for decades, I’m so grateful you found me.
